Eanes offers a planned service agreement where a qualified technician will inspect your Heating and Air Conditioning equipment. Under the planned service agreement we perform two or more precision preventive maintenance cleanings per year, consisting of:
- Clean and check condenser, operating pressure, starting capabilities, and safety controls.
- Clean or replace air filters, adjust blower components, measure correct air flow, clean condensate drain, and calibrate proper temperature differences.
- Inspect electrical connections and meter the motors for amperage and voltage.
- Lubricate all moving parts & calibrate the thermostat.
