  • Our Friendly Service Coordinator(s) will work with you to schedule a time that is convenient.
  • Whenever possible, Eanes’ courteous Service Technician(s) will call you to notify you when they are on the way.
  • To prevent blocking your driveway and causing congestion, our Service Technician(s) will try to park their clearly marked vans on the street.
  • Wearing a clean and neat Eanes uniform, Service Technician(s) will greet you at the door and introduce themselves.
  • The Service Technician may politely ask to be shown to the unit to be serviced.
  • Working as diligently and quietly as possible, our highly trained and certified Technician(s) will fully diagnose your problem.
  • With straight talk and no technical jargon, the Service Technician will present you with a full explanation of the problem, answering any questions you may have.
  • The cost of repair will be presented using a pre-printed, flat rate book based on national average for heating and cooling equipment repair, with an explanation of parts and service.
  • Upon your approval of the cost explanation and parts availability, the Service Technician(s) will get to work immediately to fix the problem. They will work as quietly as possible, while keeping their work area clean and neat.
  • Once the repair is complete, the Service Technician(s) will demonstrate the successful operation of the repaired unit.
  • When you are satisfied with the completed work, the Service Technician will review your invoice and collect the agreed upon fees.

Heating and Air Conditioning Installation Process

The safe and proper installation of a heating or air unit can take hours and in some cases several days. Eanes works hard to make the experience as worry free as possible, following these steps in ensuring a efficient and successful installation:

  • Our Friendly Service Coordinator(s) will work with you to schedule a time that is convenient.
  • The Eanes installation team always arrives at the agreed upon time in the morning.
  • To prevent blocking your driveway and causing congestion, our Service Technician(s) will try to park their clearly marked vans on the street.
  • Wearing a clean and neat Eanes uniform, Service Technician(s) will greet you at the door and introduce themselves.
  • The Service Technician may politely ask to be shown to the unit to be replaced.
  • Taking every precaution to keep your home or business clean and free from damage, the installation crew will carefully remove the old equipment.
  • Trained and certified on the equipment they are installing, the crew will set to work installing the heating and/or air conditioning unit, ductwork, fireplace insert, or wood stove. Any electrical or plumbing work needed for the installation will be handled and explained before the installation begins.
  • Once the unit is installed, an Eanes Service Technician will visit to start and check out your new system, clearly explaining operation and maintenance.
  • If there are any warranties, rebates, or product registration to be filled out, Eanes will happily handle that all on your behalf.
  • The Eanes Service Coordinator will schedule a convenient time for all safety inspections to occur.
  • To ensure customer satisfaction and continuous improvement, Eanes will send a post-installation survey to your home with which give feedback on your installation experience.
