CHOOSING THE RIGHT HVAC SYSTEM
Residential heating and cooling systems can be classified into two types: central or local. Central heating and cooling, the most common type, produces warm or cool air in one location and it is distributed throughout your home through a series of under floor or attic ducts and vents.
Local heating and cooling are normally provided by a “mini-split” system that uses no ducts and distributes air via a central vent in each room.
Each type has its advantages and disadvantages. Your Eanes system specialist will determine which type will work best for your particular application.
